We want you to love your home's newest additions, but if a piece isn't quite right, we accept returns on all unused items within 30 days of delivery. Our goal is to make the process as seamless as the artisanal craftsmanship behind our products.

Return Process

  Visit our online returns portal with your order number and zip code to select the items you wish to send back or exchange.

  Print Your Label

  Once authorized, download and print the prepaid shipping label provided; a flat return shipping fee will be deducted from your final refund.

  Pack with Care

  Place the items in their original packaging, ensuring they are securely wrapped to prevent damage during transit back to our warehouse.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  After our team inspects the returned goods, we will issue a refund to your original payment method within 7 to 10 business days.
